"I’ll be honest, booking was frustrating..."
I’ll be honest, booking was frustrating. My payment failed twice and it wasn’t really clear where to get help or what to do next. I did eventually get it sorted, so I guess it was fine in the end, but the process definitely could’ve been smoother.

"I went on LIAT just trying to..."
I went on LIAT just trying to book a short little trip, and wow, the ticket price was way more than I expected. Then the fees started piling on and it felt like the total was climbing by the second. The site itself was fine to use, nothing terrible there, but the pricing made me want to close my laptop and rethink my whole trip

"Flights kept getting cancelled and the reminders were too much"
My flight was cancelled twice, and I never really got any clear help on what to do next. On top of that, the reminders felt way too aggressive, like I kept getting pushed with notifications while I was already trying to sort out the mess. Frustrating experience overall

"Staff were fine, but it wasn’t exactly smooth"
The staff I dealt with were polite enough and did try to help, so I can’t say they were rude or anything. But the whole thing felt a bit slow and kind of disorganized. You know how companies use all that polished talk about great service and smooth experiences? Yeah, it didn’t really feel like that in reality. My issue did get sorted in the end, which I appreciate, but it definitely could’ve been handled in a more professional and straightforward way.

"Pretty rough and uncomfortable flight"
I booked through liat.com i was hoping it would be an easy little flight, but it ended up being really uncomfortable. The seats felt old and cramped, there was barely any leg room, and my back was already hurting before we even took off, which put me in a bad mood fast.
At the same time, I kept telling myself it was only a short flight and maybe I was overreacting, but the cabin stayed hot for most of the trip and that just made everything feel worse. I don’t need anything fancy, but I do expect the basics to be decent. I’d avoid choosing them again if I had another option.

"Check-in worked, but I remember it feeling slow"
I used liat.com to check in before my flight, and from what I remember, it did eventually get the job done. The annoying part was that some of the pages loaded really slowly, and at one point I had to refresh because it seemed like the site had frozen.

I did get my boarding pass after trying a couple of times, so it wasn’t a complete hassle. Still, looking back, the whole check-in process could’ve been smoother and a little clearer. Average experience for me.

"Customer service felt slow to me"
In my experience, the customer service took longer than I expected to respond, and when I did hear back, I didn’t feel like I got much useful help. It might depend on the situation, but for me it was a bit frustrating.

"Used to be more reliable"
They used to be a lot better about showing up on time, but lately it feels like they’re always late. It’s happened again, and it’s getting frustrating

"“Kinda late” was underselling it"
It wasn’t the worst travel experience, but the way they worded the delay made it sound like we’d be leaving just a few minutes late. In reality, we sat around waiting much longer than expected. The flight did eventually leave, but I was annoyed by how misleading the updates were

"Some helpful info, but the updates were slow"
My flight got disrupted, so I checked liat.com to see what was happening. The site did have a little bit of info, and I can’t say it didn’t help at all, because it did give me something to go on.

That said, the updates weren’t coming in as fast as I would’ve liked. I still had to call and ask around to figure out what I was supposed to do next, so it wasn’t no smooth experience.

It wasn’t the worst thing ever, but it could definitely be clearer. If they posted changes quicker and added more details for people stuck waiting around, it would make a big difference.

"I flew with LIAT recently the flight itself..."
I flew with LIAT recently the flight itself was fine enough, nothing special but no major issues in the air. The annoying part was the baggage situation, and I also wasn’t thrilled with how some of the terms seemed to have changed from what I expected when booking.

My bag didn’t come out with everyone else’s, so I ended up standing around and asking staff a few times what was going on. To be fair, the staff did check for me and kept following up, and the bag eventually showed up, so I was relieved it wasn’t actually lost.
Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, but it definitely could’ve been more organized and clearer from the start, especially with rules or terms that seem to shift around. I’d fly with them again if I had to, but I wouldn’t put anything important in checked baggage next time.

"Decent routes, but I’d keep a backup"
It’s usable and some of the routes are fine, but I did notice a few missing in certain areas. I’d still use it, just not as my only option if I’m somewhere unfamiliar.

"Still Waiting on My Refund"
I’m still waiting for my refund, how long is this supposed to take? The refund never came, and at this point, what else am I supposed to think?

"Really not worth what they charge"
I felt like I paid way too much for what I got. The whole experience was disorganized, and compared to other airlines I’ve used, it just didn’t feel like good value at all. The extra fees and lack of clear updates made everything more stressful than it needed to be. I can see other customers feeling the same way, especially if they’re expecting a smooth trip for the price. I wouldn’t book with them again unless I really had no other option.
